Shipping policy

We provide Free Delivery for Prepaid orders and COD order value above Rs.500  within India for purchases done on www.nipura.in

Ordered products are dispatched within 48 hours and will be delivered in 3-4 working days from the order date. *Few product deliveries may take a bit longer.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a WhatsApp notification with the order tracking details once your order is shipped. You can also track your order in the “Track your order” page  using your order number and registered email ID. For any other queries, email us at support@nipura.in or call us at 7416214085 between 10 AM – 6 PM | Monday-Friday.

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Bluedart, Delhivery , Speedpost etc.

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include GST only.

Nipura uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via WhatsApp message within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping WhatsApp message will include the courier’s tracking number and the link for tracking.
