Return and Refund FAQ
You may request a return or exchange in the
following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Product received in damaged or defective condition
- Size issue (only for rings and select products, subject to
availability) - Transit damage (only with clear unboxing video proof)

Our team will verify the claim and respond within 24–48 working hours.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the item is not available:
- You can choose a replacement of equal or higher value (pay the difference), or
- Request a refund (if your order qualifies)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
- We offer free reverse pickup for eligible cases (wrong item, damaged, defective).
- In case of size exchange or customer-initiated return, a ₹150 pickup fee will be deducted from the refund.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to courier the item to our address. If approved, shipping cost up to ₹70 will be reimbursed.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection of returned items.
- Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment only.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be done via bank transfer or UPI. We'll request your details over email/WhatsApp.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We operate exclusively online, and returns must be processed through our customer service team. We do not accept returns at any other locations.
