Currently we do not provide express shipping/ same-day delivery as ordered items are shipped out within 24 hours and delivered within 3 to 4 business days of the order date. We also ship goods outside of India; the typical delivery time is 15 days

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a notifications email with the airway bill no. and you may track it by entering the airway bill number in the track order section on your order page or on track now page. For domestic transactions we accept VISA, Master card, Gpay and COD/POD

In a rare situation you are charged twice which might happen due to network issues. The amount is reverted to your source account in 4-5 business days or you can contact your bank to
resolve the issue. You can also inform us via call or by writing at sales@nipura.in

For return you need to file the request for return of product within 48 hours of delivery via mail on sales@nipura.in The reverse pick-up will be done for the same address as delivery. In case the reverse pick-up is not possible you can send us the product by any local courier service we will reimburse you up to INR 100 shipping charges. Once we receive the product in original packaging we will issue the voucher for your order amount which you can redeem within a year from the date of issue, we are sorry we do not have cash refund feature at Nipura fashion.
In case you want to exchange a product due to damage it needs to be filed in 24 hours of delivery with the photo of the product received via mail at sales@nipura.in  Once the damaged product is received, we will send a replacement product. If the same product is unavailable for shipment you can either opt for different products of your choice with the total of same or higher value and it will shipped and delivered in our standard delivery period i.e. 5 working days.

You must email sales@nipura.in  with a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.The same address used for delivery will be used for the reverse pick-up. If the reverse pick-up is not available, you may send the merchandise to us using any local courier service, and we will compensate the shipping costs up to INR 100. We apologise, but Nipura Fashion does not offer cash refunds. Once we get the goods in its original packaging, we will send the voucher for your order amount, which you can redeem within a year of the date of issue.
