This policy outlines when and how you can return or exchange a product purchased from www.nipura.in.

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Product received in damaged or defective condition
  • Size issue (only for rings and select products, subject to availability)
  • Transit damage with clear unpacking video proof

Note: Returns/exchanges are only accepted for eligible orders raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage not caused during shipping
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or certificate (if any)
  • Customised, engraved, or made-to-order items
  • Free gifts or promotional items

3. How to Raise a Return / Exchange Request

  1. Email us at support@nipura.in or WhatsApp us at +91-7416214085 within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging
    • Unboxing video (mandatory in case of damage)
  3. Our team will verify the claim and respond within 24–48 working hours. Once approved, you’ll be guided through the return process.

4. Return Pickup & Charges

  • We offer free reverse pickup for eligible cases (wrong item, damaged, defective).
  • In case of size exchange or customer-initiated return, a ₹150 pickup fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to courier the item to our address. If approved, shipping cost up to ₹70 will be reimbursed.

5. Refund Timeline & Method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection of returned items.
  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment only.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be done via bank transfer or UPI. We'll request your details over email/WhatsApp.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Terms

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the item is not available:
    • You can choose a replacement of equal or higher value (pay the difference), or
    • Request a refund (if your order qualifies)

7. Important Notes

  • All returns and exchanges must pass quality inspection once received at our warehouse.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our return conditions.
  • Products bought during sale events or with special discount codes may not be eligible for return unless damaged.
