Welcome to Nipura. We understand that sometimes plans change — and so do minds. While we want to make cancellation easy for our customers, we also take pride in the effort and resources that go into crafting and shipping every order.

This policy outlines how and when you can cancel an order placed on www.nipura.in and what charges (if any) may apply.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, or before the order is shipped – whichever comes first.
  • To cancel, please email us at support@nipura.in or WhatsApp us at +91-7416214085 with your order number.

2. Refund for Prepaid Orders

  • If your order is cancelled within the allowed window:
    • UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card payments: Full refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
    • Credit Card payments: 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can also be cancelled within the 6-hour window without any charges.
  • Customers who repeatedly cancel or refuse COD deliveries may be restricted from placing further COD orders.
  • We encourage responsible ordering to help reduce unnecessary shipping and logistics costs.

4. Orders Already Shipped

  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
  • If you no longer wish to keep the item once it arrives, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for the next steps.

5. Refused / Undelivered Orders

  • If you refuse delivery of a prepaid order or if the courier returns it to us due to incorrect address or unavailability:
    • A logistics fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Repeated refusals may lead to your account being temporarily flagged for review.

6. Customised / Engraved / Made-to-Order Items

  • Orders for customised items (engraved coins, name pendants, made-to-order sizes) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • If cancellation is requested within 1 hour and production hasn't started, we will try to accommodate it.

7. Changing Shipping Details or Products

  • If you want to change your delivery address or switch an item, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Changes can be made only if the order has not entered processing or production.

Every piece you order helps support skilled artisans, local jobs, and eco-responsible packaging. We ship with care and love, and kindly ask you to place orders with thoughtful intent to reduce cancellations, waste, and costs.
